At Zarwani, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our art, craft, and stationery products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
1. Return Timeframe
- Please notify us of any return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 7 days will not not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Please include all accessories, freebies, and tags with the returned item.
3. Initiating a Return
To start the process:
- Email us at team@zarwani.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with return instructions and a return authorization.
- Carefully pack your item with a copy of your invoice.
- Attach our return label if provided, or ship it to the return address we share.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping must be paid by you.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or denial within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges & Store Credit
- We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items (subject to availability).
- If the item is unavailable, we can issue store credit valid for future purchases.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods (e.g., dry flowers, floral sheets)
- Opened or used stationery
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days with photo proof.
